Joe Santora, CM&AP, CFC, is a multi-location Transworld Business Advisors franchise owner, business broker, franchise consultant, and M&A advisor based in Central North Carolina. Joe dedicates his time to the industry through continuing education, industry involvement, and volunteer work. With a passion for business, Joe has consistently demonstrated a commitment to professional development and excellence in the field of M&A and business brokerage.

Joe grew up around business owners -his father, mother, grandfather, uncles, and himself have all owned, bought, and sold businesses. With 25+ years of sales and leadership experience, business ownership, and holding positions such as District Management, Corporate Sales Trainer, and Recruiter, he brings a unique dynamic to the industry.

As a seasoned business broker with Transworld, Joe brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Holding the esteemed Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) designation, his commitment to excellence in navigating complex business transactions is evident.

Joe’s leadership extends beyond deals, as evidenced by his past role as President of the Carolinas Virginia Business Brokers Association (CVBBA) in addition to six consecutive years as a board member. In this capacity, Joe played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and best practices within the business brokerage community.

Beyond the boardroom, Joe dedicates time to mentorship, exemplified by his role as a mentor for SCORE, an organization dedicated to supporting small businesses. Sharing his knowledge and insights, Joe contributes to shaping the next generation of business professionals. With a yearning for continuous growth and a proven track record, Joe Santora stands as a pillar in the business brokerage realm.

A father of two beautiful children and three fur babies, Joe is family man. He is also a lover of all genres of music. In his spare time, you will find him at concerts and music festivals. Joe is also a competitive dart player and has served as captain for the Piedmont Dart Association (PDA) Men’s City Travel Team for 10+ years.
